Internationally renowned Austrian crystal cutter and jeweler Swarovski is now in Thailand, and the brand has decided opening its official LINE account to spread the word about their presence among Thai consumers. 

With an official LINE account, Swarovski established a channel to connect directly with Thai audiences. The European jeweler also leveraged the platform’s marketing and Ecommerce functions, ultimately contributing to its growth in Thailand.  

Swarovski activated LINE’s Broadcast message function. And in turn, they were able to send updates on its latest collections and promotions to all of its followers.
